It might be because datas shown on
https://maps.refuges.info are from Openstreetmap back in December 2019 (2 years old) and maybe there was improvement since then in that place.
The server hosting the map is rather old now and is reaching end of life support by the hoster, so I'll be forced to change it during the next months.
During the process, I'll update the whole database and regenerate tiles. (Unless I can't find a proper solution to replace the server)
I wanted to say that your map shows the better hiking paths.
But I see your point. You are saying that the data on your server is not up to date and this is why the potentially new path does not appear.
Yes, opencyclemaps shows more "paths" but all paths in this area had the same legend, I thought they were equally good. I think I was mistaken.
I don't think the major paths have changed and I would like to follow your data for the moment. It seems to show the standard pathways.
I guess I will see if the new path shows up in your new version

Puis-je quand même le télécharger pour mon Garmin ou pour mon téléphone hors ligne, s'il vous plaît?
Garmin : no (there isn't a garmin version of this map)
Offline on a phone : maybe, only for small areas and if your app support offline storing of tiles.

Okay, but does it mean I cannot generate one with your style? I am super clueless about the whole process.
I use for example ViewRanger that is able to download tiles.

How would you do this, please? Small area is fine. Or maybe once a download and then keep it for a long time so not to exhaust your server.
Thank you for the exchange. Happy New Year.
